I have such mixed feelings about this dealership. The owner Pat was amazing. He was on top of it and try to make things right. I’m not happy with Nathaniel. He came over about halfway through my wait and went over my car with me, but then that was it. There is no updates. He was kind of sarcastic When he told me that I should’ve made an appointment to do the financing. Which I didn’t know I needed. They told me that my car was in, however they failed to tell me that the interest rate went up. So when I was going over there I thought I was getting a different finance price than what I got. It’s just poor communication. More

I’ve had the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I love the car I got from the dealer. But personal experience was hit wrenching Nathaniel don’t ever buy a car from him, he isn’t in your dealership. I love the car I got from the dealer. The sold me a car and problems risen the next day and I contacted them and they said it’s not their problem. And I took a step further to get a printout of the contract and they didn’t print out a full contract for me. It’s so much more I would like to say but it’ll be a book. But don’t get me wrong I love the car that’s why I gotten it but the car, it wasn’t the car itself it was the place of business. More

When I ordered my vehicle, the interest rate they were advertising on their website was .9%, which was why I drove three hours to get my vehicle from them instead of 15 minutes from my local Kia dealer. When we got to the finance table, my interest rate was 3.25%. Make sure you get in writing your interest rate when you make the deal. Otherwise, it was a good buying experience.
