I visited this dealership yesterday (Nov 25, 2022) to possibly purchase a used 2016 Kia Soul. What I ended up getting instead was a brand new 2022 Hyundai Elantra because they told me that the monthly pa possibly purchase a used 2016 Kia Soul. What I ended up getting instead was a brand new 2022 Hyundai Elantra because they told me that the monthly payments between both cars would roughly be the same. I am very excited about the new car I got and am grateful to Pasha and everyone there who made it possible for me to get my first brand new car, that was not a used car. Thank you! More

I bought a 2016 Sonata Se from this dealership back in September. When I bought my sonata it has been nothing but issues and a lemon since. I took it back in after 7 days of buying due to an engine light, September. When I bought my sonata it has been nothing but issues and a lemon since. I took it back in after 7 days of buying due to an engine light, and when I bought the car the passenger side mirror did not work so I brought it in for the mirror to get fixed and noticed the engine code the same day. . Due to the fact the car wasn't under an extended warranty there was no help to be given to me. All though Illinois is a ten day 150 miles powertrain warranty for as is cars like this one. I have been pushed around for months being told by Pasha my salesman that he had to speak to someone in service, when I called again I was told, it has been escalated to the sales manager, then when I called again Pasha told me it was being sent to corporate Hyundai. Months later The car burns oil like crazy still The car stutters, misfires, and has no power randomly runs like crap, gets horrendous gas mileage, and the oil is blacker than obsidian after 500 miles, mind you that's if there's any left and I am not out of oil by then. I still have yet to hear back about why nothing is going on More

Most employees were flat out rude, told Pasha we were looking for cars elsewhere he told us not to go that route so we werent sold a lemon. Walked out of gurnee hyundai with a lemon. Needs a whole new motor less than 10 days after purchase and was told theres nothing they can do about it. More
