The best service in SA! I've been using Gunn Honda for 10 years, and love it. In 2009 I moved to Schertz, 25 miles away, and continue to use them. I did try another Honda dea I've been using Gunn Honda for 10 years, and love it. In 2009 I moved to Schertz, 25 miles away, and continue to use them. I did try another Honda dealer 3 miles away, and there is no comparison. I would drive an additional 25 miles to have Camron and Parish take care of my two Hondas..... More

Airbag replacement Agree completely with BC42. We were so thrilled to get our Ridgeline out of the garage after two months waiting for the parts...only to learn there i Agree completely with BC42. We were so thrilled to get our Ridgeline out of the garage after two months waiting for the parts...only to learn there is another airbag problem. I don't, at all, blame Parish for this. Parish is, and has always been, an excellent service manager, and we have always been happy with his work. However, not being a mechanic nor a techie,to me - it seems shortsighted on Honda's part ...if the airbags were made by the same manufacturer, and one was not safe...would not you suspect there might be a problem with the other one and be proactive? I feel we are no better off than we were. And that is not the fault of Parish... More

Airbag injector replacement Airbag injector for the driver were replaced in under two hours as promised. Did not find out the passenger injectors had not been built until I pick Airbag injector for the driver were replaced in under two hours as promised. Did not find out the passenger injectors had not been built until I picked up the Ridgeline. A. Little disappointed as I use vehicle to transport grandson to and from school and church. That was the primary reason I parked my truck and took advantage of rental until parts arrived. More

Excellent Customer Service I have been a customer of Gunn Honda since 2001; purchased 2 vehicles from them and have had all my auto service performed at their facility. Every one I have dealt with has been professional, friendly and make every effort to assist me and to be sure all is to my satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Gunn Honda to anyone/everyone.
