Circle Infiniti and the staff are the true definition of Customer Service. I had recently moved to the area and was in need of a new service department to call home for my QX60. I visited a few months ago f Customer Service. I had recently moved to the area and was in need of a new service department to call home for my QX60. I visited a few months ago for the first time for a horn replacement and the service and the repairs were amazing no complaints. My latest visit on 10/11/24 was for a check engine light and troubles I was experiencing mid drive on the Garden State Parkway on my way home from work. I immediately called this dealer and spoke with Ms.Joann who was kind, patient and understanding and professional. Ms.Joann advised me to come right in off the parkway, provided a loaner and rectified my issue. I am grateful for the team here and the professionalism of anyone that I encounter down to the porters in the drive. Ms. Ann assisted me for check out when the vehicle was ready, and of course she is always a pleasure as well. Thank you circle Infiniti Service Team. I came home from vacation on a Friday and went to start my car on Saturday afternoon and it took a few tries to start. I wasn’t sure if it was the battery or the starter. I headed straight to Circle Infi my car on Saturday afternoon and it took a few tries to start. I wasn’t sure if it was the battery or the starter. I headed straight to Circle Infiniti at 2/2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. They tested my battery, found it to be weak and put in a new one. They were all so helpful! No complaints or attitude because I showed up without an appointment or calling. This is my second Infiniti from this dealer and the service department is a big part of my decision! George was the mechanic and I really appreciate that he stayed late to help me!!! More
