After a big hiccup where I ordered a green Tacoma and was told my truck came in, only to find out it was white (the last color I'd pick). I'd suggest making sure that you all explain the "ordering" process more clearly to potential customers... you aren't actually ordering anything, just suggesting what someone wants and praying Toyota will allocate it to the dealership, eventually. I'm sure there is a more elegant way to put it to the customer, while keeping the customer engaged and yourselves honest. More
