Prince McMahon was the sales rep. in the Used Car Dept. of Al Hendrickson Toyota that sold me a 2021 Toyota Tundra XP. Prince only provided me with one key for a truck that cost me n in the Used Car Dept. of Al Hendrickson Toyota that sold me a 2021 Toyota Tundra XP. Prince only provided me with one key for a truck that cost me nearly $50,000. I asked for a 2nd key. Prince promised he would provide me with a 2nd key and stated it was late and he wouldn't be able to get the service dept to cut and program a 2nd key at that late hour. Prince told me he would call to make arrangements for me to obtain another key at a dealership near my home, which was 3.5 hours from Al Hendrickson Toyota. Prince never called me back and never made arrangements for me to obtain a 2nd key. I followed up 20+ times with phone calls and texts to Prince and many others working at Al Hendrickson Toyota. Each time I called, the customer service representative would take a message, but Prince never called me back. After texting him many times, Prince told me I couldn't get a 2nd key. To add insult to injury, when Prince and I we were walking back inside to close out the sale, one of Prince's co-worker's asked Prince, "what does XP mean on the Toyota Tundra?" Prince's response was, "that means 'EXTRA EXPENSIVE... EXTRA, EXTRA EXPENSIVE!'" as Prince and 5-6 Sales Reps laughed and laughed. Not funny. Unprofessional. Rude and Cheap. Prince bragged about Al Hendrickson being the biggest Toyota Dealership in the country.... and I couldn't get a 2nd key after spending nearly $50,000??? During the 5+ hours I spent at Al Hendrickson Toyota that evening, I was sitting at a desk across from multiple employees, who would yell at the top of their lungs to beckon their co-workers. When I was signing the papers in the Financing Dept I told the Finance rep I only wanted a tire warranty. He repeatedly tried to sell me other warranties after I stated, "No thank you. I just want a tire warranty." He wouldn't sell me the tire warranty. Why? Al Hendrickson Toyota was staffed with innumerable, unprofessional and rude people. It took ~2 months, many phone calls and many, many hours waiting on hold, to scratch and claw, in order to get a 2nd key from them... .... for a truck that cost nearly $50,000. After all of these bad experiences no one at Al Hendrickson Toyota offered any consolation for the myriad of rude and unprofessional behavior by their staff, and all the wasted hours I spent trying to get a 2nd key. After only a few thousand miles there's a really bad vibration that occurs every time I apply the brakes . Al Hendrickson's Toyota claimed there were new brake pads and rotors installed, but records show the rotors were turned (sanded down). A horrible experience. More

I don’t like fraudulent advertising. Advertising a car at one price and then sliding in a $2000 bogus “advantage’ charge. If you want $2000 more for the price of the advertised car then put it in the price and advertise as such. If obviously expected a dealer fee so that was no surprise. The icing on the cake is to be told “all dealers do this”!? Then giving you rock bottom for your trade in. Then being forced into buying a $5000 warranty that you don’t want. I think I’m going to have a lawyer look over my paperwork. I should have bought from a private owner. More
