Typical stereotypical car salesmen I had been a long time Antwerpen buyer, having purchased 4 previous cars from them. I had a negative experience at their Toyota dealership, so went to I had been a long time Antwerpen buyer, having purchased 4 previous cars from them. I had a negative experience at their Toyota dealership, so went to the Nissan dealership looking for a used car. We found a car that would work for us, and went to look at it. There were some cosmetic things wrong with it, a flat tire, dents to both bumpers, etc,... but it was good mechanically, so we went to sit down with the salesman to see if we could iron out a deal. After waiting around for hours, not only would they not take anything off the price (or repair) for the cosmetic damage, they jacked the price up with outrageous charges. The sales manager was so condescending and unwilling to budge, that we left and ended up buying a new car at a neighboring dealership that same day. Needless to say, I will never buy another vehicle from any Antwerpen dealership again.. More

Smooth Sailing @ Auto Drive My relationship with Nissan Clarksville started 15,699 miles ago when I purchased my new 2014 Nissan Murano. It started when I met Scott Steinberg (Ge My relationship with Nissan Clarksville started 15,699 miles ago when I purchased my new 2014 Nissan Murano. It started when I met Scott Steinberg (General Manager) who gave me a warm greeting and showed me the different options I had as far as buying a 2014 or 2015 new vehicle. There was never any pressure or fancy sale pitches, just courteous and sensible guidance (within reach of my budget) to make up my own mind. Service visits have had the same tone from the entire staff. They treat you like family. The captain of the ship sets the tone. I have since referred several friends to Nissan Clarksville who all received the same type of experience . Stanley B. Wilson III. Nissan Owner for Life. More

I have been coming to this dealership for service for eight years now, even though I bought my car elsewhere. I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else for service now. (I tried that once for a cheap eight years now, even though I bought my car elsewhere. I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else for service now. (I tried that once for a cheaper price on a routine oil change – big mistake.) This dealership has the best service department that I’ve ever experienced. Everyone that I have ever dealt with here has been very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The facility is clean, bright, and has a lovely waiting room. From the service manager to the service advisors to the shuttle drivers and cashiers, these people seem to care about you and seem really happy to be doing their jobs. I remember walking out numerous times thinking to myself, “This place has a really winning business model”. Not only that, but they have very good techs who always seem to get it right the first time. I am also really pleased that they offer free car washes (upon request) with any service, and they have a new rewards card that has numerous perks in addition to money back for use at my next visit. All the staff are wonderful, but the people I have the most contact with are also my favorites: Brady Wise, P. J. Domenicus, and Suzanne Steinfeldt. More
