When we arrived the salesman we talked to was not there, the gentleman that helped us was nice but didn’t have the correct information, he first told us the vehicle we drove over an hour to look at was sold the gentleman that helped us was nice but didn’t have the correct information, he first told us the vehicle we drove over an hour to look at was sold, thank goodness we called before we drove over. We had to tell him what truck we just called about and what it was. He was nice but that was not a good first impression. We loved the truck and decided to purchase. The rest went well until we entered the finance office. It was terrible, we were there forever he kept messing up, running through stuff we couldn’t even see what was going on. Instead of focusing on numbers he was worried about over seeking the extras. He messed up and we completely had to start over 3 times! We were told we got the 3.9%, just got the paperwork and it shows 4.9%. TERRIBLE, we will be calling!!! They were supposed to call us the following Monday to set up an appointment for some paint repair and install a front license plate bracket. We had to call 3 times to get this set up, they never called or followed up with us. We got the truck in for the repairs and never they did not install the license plates bracket. We were also told 3 time the odometer statement was sent to the other dealership so we could get our warranty credit. I just called to confirm they never received it, this was a month ago! I would have a hard time recommending them on the finance problems and the follow up issues. Just do what you say your going to do. Focus on customer service not just the sale if you want customers to return and recommend you. More
