So two weeks ago I returned and dealt with Nic Lazalde in sales Ozzy Rios was over seeing the negotiations. Ozzy did my deal 3 years ago. It was the end of August 2023 when negotiating on a 2024 car. My gratitude runs deep to both Ozzy and Nic Lazalde for their team work to make this deal happn. Not only was this experience truly pleasant with no pressure, but they once again worked a deal beyond what I expected for a 2024 Mazda 3 Carbon. Carlos in finance completed the task of the financial paper work and needed signatures. He too added to making this the most positive dealership experience.
