I purchased my first car here "certified pre-owned" which later turned out was known by Ford at the time of purchase to have major transmission issues. Contacted Brandon Ford PURELY to express my experience later turned out was known by Ford at the time of purchase to have major transmission issues. Contacted Brandon Ford PURELY to express my experience there and was contacted by a manager promising a discount, ultimately to be let down again as it was only viewed as an opportunity to make more money. I was told "we sell them for what we buy them for" as if that's how businesses profit. Keep in mind I did NOT request any discounts they were offered. It seems like they will say what they need to get the deal done NOT do what's right by the consumer. During this whole process I was treated In a condescending manner by staff at Brandon Ford, like I had no right to hold them accountable for their statements after I sign the paperwork. The best part was what I assume is the finance manager making a snide " how did WE waste HIS time" ..... EXTREMELY unprofessional. I can only expect that from someone who insinuated I had no money to put down before asking after I already informed the sales manager I might be inclined to put a down payment if the deal was right. All around I wish I could give 0 stars for BOTH of my experiences. More

They do NOT keep there word on DEALS even if its APPROVED!!! I have been working on a deal with Brandon Ford since late August of this year (2018) I had a deal "APPROVED" with my trade in value at $39K (2018 Toy I have been working on a deal with Brandon Ford since late August of this year (2018) I had a deal "APPROVED" with my trade in value at $39K (2018 Toyota Tundra) which was apprised by the sales associate & the MANAGER on duty that day! I did not agree with the rates / monthly payments so I decided to wait on a used one to lower the price & bring the payments down. Yesterday I found the used truck that I wanted. I contacted the finance dept. which got on it right away. Even putting a SOLD sign on the truck I wanted... They asked to see my trade again the 2018 Toyota Tundra of course I said ok. The usual inspection was done again by another sales associate / manager this time they told me my trade was worth $31K a difference of $8k of course I said absolutely not NO WAY. I kept my cool waited to speak to the manger.. When I finally spoke to him he said "had you taken the 1st truck I would of had to eat $8k but not today"... I said to him... Mind you we had an "APPROVED DEAL ON THE TABLE" Keeping my cool I shook his hand & thanked him for wasting my time.. Unless they honor there deal they have LOST me as a customer for life!!! This is sad to especially from a dealership who's suppose to be #1 in sales / customer service... NOT YESTERDAY don't waste your time... They do not honor there deals even when its ALL APPROVED!!!!!!! I`m extremely upset & frustrated with the way they do business More

Ilaisa Taloa was very good to me when I bought my brand new Escape. He helped me out trying to find one that I could afford with every option that I wanted. He didn’t care about making money off of me, he treated me like family, he spent so much time with me to make sure I found the perfect vehicle, and that’s why Brandon Ford is by far the best dealership around the Tampa area and perhaps the whole state! Otis Colbert sales manager is the best! My wife and I were in on Sunday, September 18th. It was a very busy day in the sales department. All the sales consultants were busy with clients but My wife and I were in on Sunday, September 18th. It was a very busy day in the sales department. All the sales consultants were busy with clients but Otis Colbert the sales manager made sure that we were taken care of. He personally took the time to give us some numbers that we could try and work with, while still handling many clients and sales consultants with their clients. After we left on Sunday, it was no doubt that out of all the salesman and sales Managers from many dealerships from Naples to Tampa, Otis and his staff are by far the most courteous and respectful that you can find on this coast. After looking for the right vehicle for over 5 weeks and to be honest I had enough of dealership sales staff. It wasn't just that their numbers were better then their competitors but most importantly we didn't once feel like we were slime balled into buying a vehicle. We bought a super nice truck yesterday and we will 100% be back to hopefully buy another vehicle in the near future and then another one for my youngest son. It all comes from good training and proper leadership. Otis is a straight forward guy and an incredible asset to the Brandon Ford team. Keep up the great work Otis and the Brandon Ford team!
