Johann was very helpful, extremely kind to my wife who was in a wheelchair and needed to be helped in and out of car for test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda we were looking at. He didn’t was in a wheelchair and needed to be helped in and out of car for test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda we were looking at. He didn’t have the color we wanted, but we made a deal and he promptly had the right one there for us. He spent a lot of time explaining all features of the car.
