About 4 months ago, I bought a X3 from Jamal Alsafeer at Braman BMW of WPB and I had a great experience. Two weeks ago, I needed to buy a car for my daughter that she could take to school. Unexpectedly Braman BMW of WPB and I had a great experience. Two weeks ago, I needed to buy a car for my daughter that she could take to school. Unexpectedly, about a week later, the motor blew on my son’s Lexus. Now, I was in a jam and needed to buy two cars. I live in Tampa which is about 171 miles from Braman BMW. I tried to shop locally, but the selection on the west coast was limited and the extra fees were ridiculous. I test drove a few cars and some of those used cars were actually damaged. I went online to see what Braman had to offer. They had a huge selection of used cars and being I was in the market for two vehicles, I needed to find two great cars within my budget. I called Jamal Alsafeer and we discussed a Camry SE. He told me that it was in great shape so I bought it sight unseen. I went down to pick it up 4 days later and the car did not disappoint. As I was taking delivery, I walked the lot with my family to see what else Braman had to offer. We spied a beautiful Audi A4 that my daughter immediately fell in love with. So, we talked to Jamal and picked up the Audi as well. I want to thank Jamal and the staff at Braman for making the purchase process so easy. I don’t think I ever envisioned buying two cars in the same day, but with the selection, value, great prices and reasonable fees, Braman made it worthwhile for our family to drive from Tampa to WPB. This will have been our third time purchasing with Braman WPB, and each time the experience remains to be better and better. We had the privilege of being assisted by Mr. Oscar Gutierrez for the purchase of WPB, and each time the experience remains to be better and better. We had the privilege of being assisted by Mr. Oscar Gutierrez for the purchase of our X3. From start to finish Oscar was friendly, patient, professional, and above all listened to our wishes and concerns. We recently had our baby come 1 month early and little did we know her car seat did not fit in our current X1. Oscar was quick to assess what was most important to us and by the third vehicle pulled around we had found the one that worked for us! Because we were browsing the first day we did not have our X1 with us, they offered to pick up our car in Miami where we live and send someone with the paperwork if it made it easier for us since we are with a newborn at home. Every detail of his service were kind and beyond expectation. We returned the next morning after placing a deposit and everyone from the finance manager, to Osiris who assisted us with paperwork and our many questions, down to the incredible Genius Rob who showed us the works and tech of our vehicle was incredibly professional and polite. And can’t forget the amazing Carlos who was our photographer post purchase! We were surprised to see that Mr. Gutierrez had even gone above and beyond to bless us with a teddy bear to bring home to our sweet girl with our purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to any and everyone. They exceed all expectation when it comes to purchasing a vehicle and truly treat you like family!
