My experience was frustrating, I bought a car from another estate and I traveled 1.400 miles to get it, the next day the car had a problem, I contacted several mercedes bens to fix the car. Dealer making all the papers and said we will send the plates to you by mail, after 10 days I didn`t receive the plates, I trying to contact the dealer to solve the problem and send me the tracking number for the plates delivery, "if they have one", but now after the deal is done the whole scenario has changed, nobody returned the call, they said I need to open a ticket, every time they said they have a client or they have to speak to the manager, it`s being ridiculos, my recommendation is: " NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS PLACE", avoid nightmare. More
