Everyone was polite, and the waiting room provided cold water and coffee for us who waited. Bought a new rogue last fall and came in to get my free oil change with the sale and when I as topped in service they told me I didn't have free oil changes. Fabian. Took care of it for me and Henderson Ni oil change with the sale and when I as topped in service they told me I didn't have free oil changes. Fabian. Took care of it for me and Henderson Nissan saved a customer as the female GM wasn't with company that told me this with the sale I used two oil changes and a free registration. Got the registration and was coming back for my first oil change and had a surprise ! Fabian us the best & knows how to keep customers happy happy happy ! More

The only criticism I can make would be there are times when I call and it takes forever for someone to answer the phone.
