Overall end result was pleasant but it was a little bit of a headache to get there. Car was online but was not ready to sell when we looked at it. Then when it was “ready” it still had issues. Oscar was very prompt and responsive to my call about a car. They had already sold the car I was calling about, but he discussed my needs and suggested 3 other cars that would possibly work for me. I came out for a test drive and Oscar greeted me promptly and set up my test drives with Camden. Long story short, I found the car I was looking for and was able to close the same day! I am from out of town and there was an issue with the car (minor) so Chris Peters the Sales Manager told me they would ship my car to me! Fortunately, I had a trip planned back to Dallas so they paid for my rental car to get me to Dallas and my car! TOP NOTCH!!!! Great service and the finance department was easy to work with, no games. I will definitely go to Ewing again for a car. More
