I brought my CLA 250 in for service of a check engine for the second time and I am very pleased with the outcome. My Service Advisor Oscar Medina kept me updated on the status of my vehicle through out the w the second time and I am very pleased with the outcome. My Service Advisor Oscar Medina kept me updated on the status of my vehicle through out the whole process. He provided Excellent customer service and I highly recommend you request Oscar Medina as your Service Advisor when you have service done at Walter's Mercedes Benz of Riverside. More

I was very pleased with the service advisor Oscar Medina, and the service on the car. Oscar was very professional, and I enjoyed speaking with him as I too am from the automotive background for over 40 years and the service on the car. He explained everything quite well, and there was no pressure to up sale, he told me what the technician saw and the suggestions the technician made of items I should keep an eye on, that is good customer service. I was very pleased with my service advisor Oscar Medina. He worked with me on a very difficult situation. I originally brought in my 2024 CLA 250 for a check engine light that was requiring extensive testi He worked with me on a very difficult situation. I originally brought in my 2024 CLA 250 for a check engine light that was requiring extensive testing to determine the cause. In the meantime my other Mercedes a GLK350 also had a check engine light. The problem with it was more severe . So I asked Oscar if I could bring in the GLK350 and swap it with my CLA250 since it required feedback from Mercedes support. He was very gracious and set it all up. I brought in the GLK350 and they had it repaired the following day. I returned and dropped off the CLA250 so they could continue working on it. I drove home in the GLK350 totally repaired. Needless to say my wife was ecstatic! I applaud the outstanding service I received from Oscar Medina. Walter’s Mercedes should be proud to have employee like him! More
