Oscar has been wonderful to work with every year when I bring in my car for service. I had a weekend emergency battery replacement on my S5. I called and spoke with Oscar and they worked me in that Saturday morning. Oscar was experienced, calm, and got me back in my car in a reasonable amo I called and spoke with Oscar and they worked me in that Saturday morning. Oscar was experienced, calm, and got me back in my car in a reasonable amount of time. They also checked out my car, sent a video review and provided me a paper record as well. Finally they cleaned up my very well before retur ing it to me. They didnt try and oversell and were really straightforward. Also believe it ir not i got over 11 years out of my battery. It was the factory original. Would trust my car with Oscar any time going forward. More

Amazing service from Mrs. Claudette to how professional Jeff was. He was knowledgeable and provided me space to make my own decision but provide me with the answers I needed. From start to finish he was always catering to my needs and questions, even with some of them being early in the morning or late at night. He went over and beyond and is truly a great person to work with. He for sure has a customer for life and so does Audi Atlanta. The Finance Manager Daniel Mac was a blast to be around as well. Again providing me with information and not forcing me into a decision. He is the main reason I chose to finance with Audi rather than another bank based on just providing me with information.
