interacting with the service department here is a consistent joke. Out of 10 times I've called in the last 2 years, I have been connected with a person.....once. Usually if you don't leave a messag consistent joke. Out of 10 times I've called in the last 2 years, I have been connected with a person.....once. Usually if you don't leave a message (often not returned) it is an 8-9 minute hold and a disconnect. Even normal scheduled warranty service bookings are many weeks out. Once into the service day, I have not had a problem with what they provide...I don't in any way think this is a mechanic issue, but Lithia obviously cuts costs on the interaction portion...witnessed by the HIGH representative turnover. Lithia has turned the historic Mercedes experience into that you'd expect from a Yugo dealership More
