I had the best salesman I could ever find! I went to about 10 different dealers and John was by far the most honest and friendly salesman ever. The management team however, are crooks! They tried to low ball me on my trade in at $8k when the minimum I could get was $13k according to the same report (Carfax) they pulled out on me. I asked why it was so low since Mazda was giving me 17k for the same vehicle, he told me to run and get the heck out of Hyundai. He asked why the heck was I even at Hyundai. This is out of line, to be told to leave the dealership. I worked with John for 2 weeks with the car I wanted to purchase. John was absolutely fantastic. This "manager" needs to be evaluated. I asked about a tax "credit" I was supposed to receive for my trade in, the guy covered the paper with the numbers with his hand and told me to pull out a calculator from my phone. He kept saying, "I'm not playing games". I am making a 31k purchase, I also am NOT playing games. Whoever is above this person needs to go over customer skills with this person and reevaluate what a great experience this could have been. I will purchase my vehicle elsewhere. I hate not being able to give John his commission for the great job he did. More
