Impeccionaron mi Tundra y me informaron que el costo aplicándole un cupón que llevé, me iba a costar $90.00. Acepté, esperé y me entregaron mu Tundra después de pagar informándome que le hicieron el balanceo a las 4 llantas. La volví a llevar en enero 23, 2025 porque aún continuaba con el mismo problema. Luego de volver a impeccionar mi vehículo y tenerlo mas de 2 horas, me informaron que el problema estaba en las llantas, y me dieron 3 opciones que van de $1,694.50, $2,038.46, $2,399.02 Mi preguntas es: Porqué me cobraron el trabajo, me hicieron invertir mas de 6 horas de mi tiempo y hasta me hicieron creer que habían balanceado las llantas, si no se podían? Es frustrante. Las llantas que le tengo instaladas las he usado una cuarta parte de su uso. La verdad es que no se que creer. Habrá alguién que me pueda ayudar y me pueda dar una solución real?
