Weeks after service here, my car was stolen and the police said that someone at the dealership was likely complicit given that I have both key fobs in my possession and it was recently serviced here. Not long before I took the car back for the recall. I was told that if I did not pay attention, the steering would go to xxxx and my wife (whose car it is) would die in a fiery crash. You replaced the battery on the first year anniversary of when we purchased it. It has 3600 miles on it. I told the service guy that I divorced my first wife on a lemon law theory and that was more expensive and aggravating than turning in a freaking car. He started to say "Do you know what you ought to do," I interrupted to say yes, buy a second Lexus and return this piece of garbage. And when I tried to make an appointment during you stated hours I got no answer and waited for sales to open to get the message across. More
