My Coulter Cadillac experience sales and back office. First and foremost the process of making the purchase was fine. The test drive was easy, my sales consultant was knowledgeable of the vehicle. First and foremost the process of making the purchase was fine. The test drive was easy, my sales consultant was knowledgeable of the vehicle. We pointed out a few cosmetic flaws he did get approval to have them address. How ever they only addressed part of the flaws. When delivery was made the vehicle was not up to what I expected for a luxury vehicle. We pointed out not all of the flaws had been addressed however the consultant didn’t even acknowledged them. After a poor Cadillac review I was contacted by the internet manager and GM. Via e mail with no follow up call from either. The sales person did reach out and we made arrangements to pick up the vehicle and make the proper touch ups. I was contacted by the GM after I talked with the sales consultant to verify we had a plan in place to make the vehicle correct. When the vehicle was returned it was clean and properly prepared for delivery. The paperwork was a whole other issue! We explained from the very beginning that we had every intention of titling the vehicle in another state. However the finance manager did not pay any heed to our request. He pushed the documentation through to be titled in Arizona. When we expressed from the beginning with our sales consultant and the finance manager we needed to title it in another state. After three weeks plus I followed up to see where the documents were only to find out the documents were going through the state of Arizona-for titling . Not what was expressed to the sales consultant and finance manager. I reached out to multiple people within the dealership leaving messages with only hearing crickets. I finally received a call from one individual and he was able to catch the documents before the title was confirmed by the state of Arizona. He was able to get me the proper documentations I needed to title in my home state. This process took me 3 days of countless calls and one email thats wasn’t answered. I feel lack of training is the major reason as well all of the staff needs a seminar on Listening and a better approach to training employees, on building relationships returning emails and phone calls in a timely manner. We did finely get everything worked out! My last thoughts, when you make a luxury vehicle purchase one should expect well trained professionals that are knowledgeable and responsive at all levels within the dealership. My experience was more like going down to Big Mo’s Auto-Rama not the Cadillac luxury and heritage experience I expected. I believe Your ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER than any words spoken. Overall I would not do business with this Dealership again. More

I initially selected the car I was interested in on Coulter Cadillac's Tempe website. It turned out to be at the Phoenix location, so there was a little confusion initially. The day of my appointment was extremely busy at the dealership, so the sales manager, Kyle Stevens, handled everything regarding the sale from start to finish. He was fantastic in every respect. I picked up the new Lyriq 4 days later, and Linda Daub spent quite a bit of time with me getting me familiar with all of its functions. I have since had follow-up calls from both Kyle and Linda to check in with me to see how things were working out with the car, and if I had any questions or concerns. I was very happy with both of them, and would definitely recommend Coulter Cadillac to anyone. More

My experience at Coulter Cadillac started off horrible. We were working with Eric on a Cadillac XT6 that we drove over an hour on Saturday to see and found out 5 minutes before arriving that it had sold. We had discussed numbers and everything the day prior and told him we lived over an hour away. He didn’t even have the courtesy to call and tell us even though he knew we had a long drive and he said he would see us tomorrow. We only found out by calling him and telling him we were almost there. Instead of saying why not come look at other vehicles he just left us high and dry. We decided to stop in at the dealership anyways since we had drove all that way and luckily we had the pleasure of working with Dureen who turned our experience into a great one. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were pleased with the vehicle and made the process go very smooth. If it wasn’t for Dureen I don’t think we would have given our business to Coulter Cadillac after Eric’s horrible unacceptable customer service. People like Eric make buying a vehicle a stressful and unpleasant experience. I’ve never had such a great experience with buying a vehicle as I did while working with Dureen. She took the time to go over the car and how everything worked on it. She was very knowledgeable about everything and was very apologetic about our experience with Eric. The GM, Paul Glans, made everyone feel welcomed as if you’re part of their family. His professionalism, friendly demeanor and positive attitude showed in the entire staff we interacted with. Dureen Olson, our Sales Consultant, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the smallest details of our new car. It always takes us a long time to decide, but Dureen was very patient. She showed us various options that fit our wants and needs. We never once felt pressured to make the purchase. Olan in Finance did a great job explaining the paperwork and our different options. I was on the phone for less than 10 minutes and had all my questions answered. Bill did not pressure me and simply let me know when he was available to help. I received all the information about the vehicle promptly to my email with all my options. The next day I was making the arrangements to get my new car. I am from out of state, and Bill thought of everything, from me being picked up at the airport to being ready to give me personal service when I arrived. He came out to greet me and had each step arranged. I was treated exceptionally. The manager came out to thank me afterwards.
