We only needed a decal (etron) for the charging door to be put in and were told it would take less than 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we were told it was done and we were waiting on paperwork. After 30 mi be put in and were told it would take less than 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we were told it was done and we were waiting on paperwork. After 30 minutes we asked if the paperwork was ready, no just 5 more minutes. Dain went and helped another customer for 20 minutes. After waiting over an hour, Dain put the paperwork through (taking less than 2 minutes) and we were allowed to sign and leave. Seemed like low situational awareness and that we could have been pushed through much more quickly all things considered. More

I had a concern about the oil level in my A4 and whether the oil sensor was working. I did not have an appointment, but they took it into the shop and used a oil dipstick to determine the oil level was corr the oil sensor was working. Took vehicle in for repairs. Coolant hose wasn't tightened correctly on upon installation. Had to limp car back to dealer one day later after loosing all antifreeze while driving Coolant hose wasn't tightened correctly on upon installation. Had to limp car back to dealer one day later after loosing all antifreeze while driving. Service had the vehicle over the weekend so I had to rent a car at an additional $200 out of my pocket. Been going to them for years, they have missed little things in the past but this one was a money and time suck for me. More
