Easy going with Cookies! Having a 2016 Forester I popped into Sommers in mid-summer and Jim showed me new models and answered my questions. As Jim was just finishing up with a customer and Omar was waiting for his next appointment he helped me out (including a test drive) and handed back to Jim. After that it was the 3-V's.
