We had a great experience working with Zain and Audi Morton Grove. We are from the Cincinnati area and my husband was looking for an Audi of a specific color with certain features. When he found it at Audi Morton Grove, the purchasing process was quick and easy thanks to excellent support from the sales staff, especially Zain. Zain provided many detailed photos, the CarFax information, and answered all of our many questions. We were able to do the loan application online and complete much of the paperwork electronically. My husband was able to get an early one way flight to the Chicago and Zain even arrived an hour before the dealership opened to meet him. The A7 was just as described, the test drive was perfect, and my husband was on his way home with the car in a short time. Audi Morton Grove even took care of getting the license plates after we got the Ohio inspection. Zain stayed in constant communication throughout the whole process and even followed up days after the purchase to ensure all was well. Top notch customer service! We would definitely recommend Audi Morton Grove and would purchase a car from this dealership again. Thanks Zain and Audi Morton Grove! More

I went in Thursday to see a JCW Mini. Agreed to buy the car and clean up my trade-in. Made an appointment for Saturday to pay for the car. Stay clear from the liars. So much for promises and handshakes. More

SERIOUSLY—-the BEST!! If you’re looking for a car, go see Dan! He was very thorough… And even called the next day to make sure we liked our cars and answered questions we had. He will make you feel like family! We drove over 45 mins to Morton Grove (despite being 15 mins away from Hoffman Estates due to a recommendation from 2 other people we knew. Jose is the GM and he, too is amazing! Omar holds the purse strings and he was able to come down to the number we needed!! They’ll work with your budget and they don’t give you the “Hard Sale Pitch”....it’s about finding the perfect car for you! I LOVE my car! Thank you!!!! More
