I had a case with GM but the dealership only made 1 invoice for the repairs instead of 3 like it’s supposed to. They will scam you for real and have no remorse at all. Please people avoid dealerships like this, still waiting on my case to be resolved but 2024 Chevy Tahoe still developing other issues. If you decide to buy from them and take your car for repairs force them to give you an invoice every time, I didn’t push enough and now I’m stuck with a LEMON!!! Seguin Chevrolet you’re THE WORST DEALERSHIP I’VE WORKED WITH IN MY LIFE!! .l.

There were 2 bright spots, the price of the truck and
Omar Noor. Omar was great. Everything else was a total disaster. They would not give me a decent price on my trade in. I wound up selling it to Carma

They also tried to make me take the protection package, even thought the previous owner already had that done (the truck only had 555 miles on it). Then they would not budge on the exorbitant interest rate. I bought the truck anyway and I am currently refinancing it at half the interest rate they forced me to take. All in all , they kept me there for 3 1/2 hours trying to make me pay more for a simple purchase. It's just a good thing I liked the truck, because there was several times I felt like getting up and walking out.
