Let me tell you how intimidating it is when stepping one foot on a car lot and you see a pack of Salesmen ready to devour you for a commission. Well it wasn't like that here at this location, they are more laid back and wasn't ready to pounce on me which I found myself more at ease. I was comparing a Honda to a Toyota and the Salesman's pitch wasn't a hard sale at all. He did recommend me check out the Toyota to see the difference and told me to come back if I change me mind. I went across the street to check out the Toyota but the sales pitch wasn't right. I could tell right away they were eager to make me buy a Toyota. Also with 5 Salesman just standing outside, it was overwhelming. I went back home and texted the Salesman from Honda and proceed with the purchase. I was happy he was able to assist me via text as I have 2 small children and I didn't want to bring them to the dealership. My salesman was easy to talk to, one of those type of strangers where you can easily bond with and tell your whole life story too. I did go in the next day to the dealership to finalize the purchase. The guy I dealt with in the Finance Dept was very helpful. He could tell by my energy that I didn't want to add any packages to my purchase and he didn't push. Both the Salesman and the guy from finance is great with kids. The guy from finance did explain everything to me and made sure I understood what I was signing. Answered my questions. Both of the guys there provided service beyond what I expected. More

My existing lease was to expire 3/12/20. I walked into dearlship with no intentions of getting a new Accord that evening. Mr. Narbeh Doloukhanian approached me asked want I interested and he did what I requested. Narbeh is an exceptional sales person with tactical public relations skills having read my mind knowing that I was going to buy tomorrow or in few days talked time in a style that someone like me who resists sales tactics his politeness and non sales, but of a human kind approach put me at ease and new I was in the market and was a researched prepared customer introduced me his offers. Because I liked his style and customer relations skills listened to him Where he had managed to put me at ease & established person to person relationship. No phony smirks no fake smiles or laughs, but genuine kind approach which I immediately said yes I am buying tonight. I have another Honda lease expiring in June and an definitely calling Narbeh to lease me another Honda. I rate Narbeh on 1-10 scale 10plus. If he ever leaves Honda and goes to different car dealer I will definitely follow him even if it not Honda. Customer are not sold by brand Which I know marketing thinks so. Well this proves marking is wrong. If is the salesman that customers follow. Once companies realize that the brand name is secondary and salespersons are primary then increase in business would happen More
