before we drove 2 hours to purchase a pre owned vehicle we called to confirm price and availability and were shocked that the sales manager Omar raised the price $1000 and would not allow us to register th we called to confirm price and availability and were shocked that the sales manager Omar raised the price $1000 and would not allow us to register the vehicle ourselves since we are out of state, since we were paying cash New Jersey motor vehicles stated they just need to fill out a st-10 form and we would be able to take care of this ourselves, but he raised the price an additional $3000 for taxes and registration (the vehicle was only $17,000 New York taxes are 8%!!????!!) we were very disappointed with everything very unprofessional so we decided not to deal with RT. 46 Mitsubishi. More

Purchased abused car from them 3 weeks ago that needed 2 minor repairs after showing both my mechanic & autobody the car. Ysreal in Sevice was wonderful. He made the entire process very easy. I had a horrible experience with this dealer. Just a few days ago (on 08/21/2024) I had to leave my job earlier and lose some money in order to catch a useless appointment with Route 46 Mitsubish Just a few days ago (on 08/21/2024) I had to leave my job earlier and lose some money in order to catch a useless appointment with Route 46 Mitsubishi. I went there to buy a used 2021 Honda Passport EX L advertised on Carfax.com for $23,995, but as soon I started talking to them, they added to the price an unwanted and unnecessary warranty for $3,995 and if I wouldn't take their warranty, the price would go up to $26,800. None of this was mentioned in their advertisement on Carfax.com. You learn these things once you step on their front door. After many attempts to remove their warranty, they accepted to lower it down to $1,995. Although I didn't want their warranty, which they were trying to sell it to me by force in order to make some profit from me, I accepted the deal and the total value for the car went up to $29,160+, where I would put $5,000 down payment. However, I couldn't buy the car, because their manager named Omar changed his mind and lied to me that he can't sell the car, because he's losing $4,000 with this deal and I needed to pay those extra dollars for him to reach break even. A total bullsh*t. In the end he said also that he didn't check my credit score, but later I received a notification that my credit score went down because of a hard inquiry. The story with this joke dealer goes on the next day when Omar called me to propose me the same deal as a big favor after talking to his boss, but he increased the total value of the deal by $600 to $29,750. After reading here the reviews of some people, I learned that they did not sell their warranty to some customers. So why they were pushing so much to sell it to me? This is why I asked Omar to be treated fairly with other customers and remove the warranty from the initial deal of $29,160+ and close the deal at $27,160+ , which he refused. It was a complete loss of time, money and energy with this dealer, all because of this guy Omar, who calls himself a manager. Stay away from these scammers. I wish so badly I could give them 0 stars, but 1 star is the minimum. More

I typically don’t write reviews but you always hear the horror stories about dealerships never the good, to say that car shopping in this economy is scary is an understatement!!! Rich Catalano and his tea horror stories about dealerships never the good, to say that car shopping in this economy is scary is an understatement!!! Rich Catalano and his team are a gem a diamond if you will. I went car shopping last weekend for my youngest daughter and I was wrecked. Rich and his associate Chris made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I myself with a past working in the dealership business had my guard up but it honestly was the most amazing experience I ever went through, everything was a conversation amongst friends. Rich welcomed us to the RT46 family and I felt it to be true.. They made my child feel welcomed and like her voice and questions were heard. I will forever only work with the Rt 46 group from here on out and recommend them across the board!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars doesn’t do this dealership justice even if you aren’t actively looking for a vehicle pass by say hi to rich and Chris look around with an open mind and come join the family. Thank you again guys see you soon, my lease is almost up…. More
