Absolutely disgusted with the service my wife received from your service department. We purchased a brand new 2024 x3 in may for $58000.00 , and two weeks ago when I was out of the country my wife’s card from your service department. We purchased a brand new 2024 x3 in may for $58000.00 , and two weeks ago when I was out of the country my wife’s card BMW app alerted me to say tire pressure alert. She headed right to you guys and was charged $610 for one new tire . I checked with your supplier and that tire can be bought for $187.55 plus 1hour labor can’t equal $610 . It’s disgusting to think that’s how you treat an old customer. More

The service is fine. Its the BMW flat tire solution set that is horrible and overly expensive. The pump contraption did not work each time I had a flat, which is 3 times with this car, each time requiring a new tire. Kind of usage and and exagération to say the least. BMW engineering needs a much more practical and safe solution set. More

I was impressed with the follow through of my sales person, Chad Stephens, throughout by buying experience. There was never any pressuring to buy and all of my questions were addressed. The finance man person, Chad Stephens, throughout by buying experience. There was never any pressuring to buy and all of my questions were addressed. The finance manager that I dealt with was also very knowledgeable and helpful when reviewing the documents and options. When an issue with the vehicle did arise the dealership went out of its way to correct it to my satisfaction. The entire staff was both helpful and easy to deal with, especially the general manager Phil Bennis. In addition, the trade allowance for my vehicle was very competitive as compared to other BMW dealerships I had visited. Overall it was a great buying experience. More
