I was impressed with the follow through of my sales person, Chad Stephens, throughout by buying experience. There was never any pressuring to buy and all of my questions were addressed. The finance manager that I dealt with was also very knowledgeable and helpful when reviewing the documents and options. When an issue with the vehicle did arise the dealership went out of its way to correct it to my satisfaction. The entire staff was both helpful and easy to deal with, especially the general manager Phil Bennis. In addition, the trade allowance for my vehicle was very competitive as compared to other BMW dealerships I had visited. Overall it was a great buying experience. More
