She headed right to you guys and was charged $610 for one new tire . I checked with your supplier and that tire can be bought for $187.55 plus 1hour labor can’t equal $610 . The finance manager that I dealt with was also very knowledgeable and helpful when reviewing the documents and options. When an issue with the vehicle did arise the dealership went out of its way to correct it to my satisfaction. The entire staff was both helpful and easy to deal with, especially the general manager Phil Bennis. In addition, the trade allowance for my vehicle was very competitive as compared to other BMW dealerships I had visited. Overall it was a great buying experience. More
