I'm satisfied with the end result. But it seemed like from the beginning till when I picked up the car the Sales guy was cold and transactional. I dropped my car off for a repair. The part needed was already delivered and I was told it would take 1-2 hours to repair. The next day I called to see how my vehicle was doing. The pe The part needed was already delivered and I was told it would take 1-2 hours to repair. The next day I called to see how my vehicle was doing. The person I spoke with said they needed to order the part! I told the rep the part was delivered. She then said it would take 1-2 hours for repair! It's as if my phone call reminded them to fix my car! 1 day later! At pick up, the ticket stated the repair and an oil change....IT'S AN EV!!!! The service rep stated that maybe the brake fluid, "which is like oil" was changed... ABSOLUTELY NOT PROFESSIONAL! That was voided off of the ticket but I seriously question Jacksonville KIA's professional ability to actually function as a reputable repair facility The primary excuse I heard was "we are understaffed" but that doesn't excuse incompetence! I will NOT be a returning customer! More
