Got a message Friday saying the technician had looked at it and found the problem and they had the part and they would call me when it was ready. Called around 130 and told me it was ready. When I went to pick it up service counter rung me up and went over everything they had done to it. Go out to leave and it was still having the same problem. She got a technician to look at it. Waited 20 minutes only to have them come tell me they had to order the part and it wouldn't be in until Tuesday. Nothing had actually been done to my car. Absolutely ridiculous that you go over a list of everything you've done when in fact you've done nothing. If I could give a negative review I would. More

Kia Jacksonville is true to its word and does not push added work on you. I went in for a tire rotation and a recall and that is what they did. Check engine light came on July 1 status report came back stating manifold replacement as well as tires and brakes. Brakes weren't a huge issue but needed done soon. I replaced tires and manifold then decided 2 weeks later to try this service center again and scheduled $89 oil change which ended up costing $116. Status report ran again saying front tires needed replaced again as well as well 2 other items which passed on the first report 2 WEEKS earlier. I will be addressing brakes but will go elsewhere. I was really hopeful in finding a kia service center I could stay with but apparently not. I feel the machine they use to generate a status report my not be working properly and should ve addressed by service manager More
