Been here twice. The first visit was perfect, not so much on second. Needed an oil change, inspection, and 2 recalls. They asked me which recalls I needed when I got The first visit was perfect, not so much on second. Needed an oil change, inspection, and 2 recalls. They asked me which recalls I needed when I got there so obviously filling out the service form while making the appointment is busy work. They didn’t have the part to fix one (they had to go get it from somewhere) and ford hasn’t supplied the tool to fix the other. So I got there at 7:30, was dropped off at home around 10:30, called to say finished at 3:30. $300 for oil change, inspection on a 2022 car, and new air filters. Had I known labor to install an air filter was twice as much as the air filter I would have done it myself. To top it all off, I will have to do it again at some point as there is still an open recall. More
