1. Took my Honda Pilot in for a service around 8 AM Tuesday, B1237 service and 3 additional issues. Since I have extended warranty, asked to see if the repairs would be cover and go ahead if they were. Tuesday, B1237 service and 3 additional issues. Since I have extended warranty, asked to see if the repairs would be cover and go ahead if they were. 2. No update until 3:30 PM so I checked. Got a reply at 4:30 PM that shop was backed up and it would be tomorrow. 3. No update on Wednesday so checked again. One issue was due to a recall service done wrong (same dealership), so they were fixing it. Other 2 issues they were waiting for extended warranty company. 4. Got a message on Thursday that warranty company approved the 2 repairs and it would take until Friday. Mentioned that I needed the car by 4 PM Friday for a scheduled event and was told that it would be OK. 5. Got a message on Friday 1:30 PM that the car is ready to pick up, so I dropped off my wife before going to pick up my daughter. 6. Got a call from my wife that the 'service advisor' working on Tuesday took a day off on Friday without any notes, and I was fully charged for 2 repairs. It would take 'a couple of hours' to call extended warranty company again. 7. No update until 4 PM, new 'service advisor' call went to voice mail. So I had to drop by. 8. Was told that warranty company approved the repair, but it would take '20 minutes' to redo the paper work. 9. Got my car out at 5:30 PM and was very late for my event. As a Honda customer since 2001, my next car will be a Toyota. More

Poor customer service for Vehicle service. In my recent visit to Honda of Kirkland on Sep 29, 2023, I experience poor customer service. The express service advisor neglected to inform the veh In my recent visit to Honda of Kirkland on Sep 29, 2023, I experience poor customer service. The express service advisor neglected to inform the vehicle service is done. After waiting ~1.5 hours, I asked the advisor the reason I did not get an update. But the advisor stated they have so many customers and neglected to provide an update. I choose Honda of Kirkland, as they provided a good service in my previous visit year ago. However, this time in 2023, I had the worst experience and customer service for vehicle services. If you know a person go with them. Else, find a place where they respect customer's time. Note: Before I write the review, I informed the Service Manager about the customer service advisor S**** A**** (I masked the name to protect the identify of the employee). However, I did not get any response for my email, for over 11 days. I'm writing this review for the benefit of future customers. If you see a similar pattern with poor customer service, please share here, or directly write to the Chief Operating Officer or General Manager. I think the incidents are isolated, and the higher management might not be aware of these poor customer services. I did not even received the link to provide feedback, which brings suspicion the employees are trying to hide the communication between customers and higher management. More
