This is the 4th Subaru I have purchased from this dealer. I won't go to anyone else, and I live 3 hours south of Jacksonville! I was very impressed with the dealerships. Personnel everyone was very friendly, including the owner. Phil, you took the time to chat with me. And my WI cannot say enough about her salesman. Sabino, he has done just an outstanding job of helping us out. So much exceeding our expectations ! Not only is the dealership friendly.Everyone wants to help you or make sure you're taken care of and very friendly about it. Also, the dealership show room, service departmand everywhere we were in the dealership. It was extremely clean and very professional looking impressive! I worked a dealership for 20 years. I have never seen a dealership like this in so many ways. Whether it's the personnel the dealership facilities service department I could go on, but the most important thing everyone wanted to help you. And wanted to make sure you were taken care of. I was at another Subaru Dealership and there is no comparison to Subaru. Of Jacksonville, whether it was the personnel the facility, the friendliness, I could go on, great customer service all around impressive ! A special thanks to Sabino our salesman for helping us so much doing a great job and also point out in Kyle in finance was so easy to work with and very friendly and helpful! More

Six months later and same issue with title work. Pricing and sales were great; unfortunately those responsible for title work are ,apparently, overworked or incompetent. In brief, Temp tag w Pricing and sales were great; unfortunately those responsible for title work are ,apparently, overworked or incompetent. In brief, Temp tag was set to expire, but I was again assured staff was on top of it. In the interim, 7 days prior, I was promised a new Temp tag would be in the mail, only to learn 3-days later dealer staff failed to follow through. Subsequent calls exposed dealership staff “again” was sitting on my title work. With zero reasoning. Had I not reached out, who knows how long it would have been before staff would have caught and corrected these failure(s). It is blatantly apparent SOJAX customer focus solely extends the point of making a sale; afterwards you are on your own. Especially, since leadership failed to address gaps reported six months earlier. I did speak with the sons owner and was assured a new 30 day tag was sent out for next day delivery; along with my title work. Technically, I should be able to pick up my new tag within the next 5-6 days. Just sad the lack of honesty, communication and follow through. More
