My wife and I worked with, Nuo Gojcaj. He worked with us by phone and email since we live about 80 miles from the dealership. He sent extra pictures to show the condition of the car to make sure we knew exactly what to expect before we drove out there. There was a misunderstanding regarding the extra warranty plan, which caused a minor headache. Nuo and his manager worked with us to resolve things in a quickly and timely manner. All things considered, my wife and I were satisfied with both the car, and the professionalism of Nuo and his manager. More

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF DO NOT GO TO THEM! ! THEY SOLD ME A FAULTY CAR I HAD IT ONLY FOR LESS THEN 90 DAYS. THE CAR MALFUNCTIONED ON THE HIGHWAY AND I ALMOST LOST MY LIFE. THEY DIDNT CARE EITHE ! I purchased a used truck at Suburban Subaru of Troy. The salesperson Nuo was great. Finance told me the license plates would be mailed ASAP and I was given a 15 day tag. I should receive them tomorrow only because the General Sales Manager Dustin got involved. The finance manager Michal did not return any of my daily phone calls. When Dustin got involved they found the plates sitting in a file. Despite my desperate daily calls Michal did not even look! I would not believe anything he tells you. More

I like the car, but the dealers were sneaky and deceitful. Be careful and read the contract before you sign it. They gave me warranties without letting me know they were optional. I feel that they deceived me because they lied through omission. At the end of it all I was out of three thousand dollars I could have kept. Be careful guys. Read before you sign; even if it takes you an hour. You will feel better for it. More

When buying a car from out of state, you can feel anxious and worried that the car is going to show up different than described, or if there is a problem that you are stuck dealing with repairs on your own. and worried that the car is going to show up different than described, or if there is a problem that you are stuck dealing with repairs on your own. With Suburban Subaru, I can say both of these worries were overwhelmingly not an issue. Nuo our salesman was honest to a fault, sending me pictures of and videos of every small scratch that I would never have worried about. And after the sale, we did have a pre-existing issue that could not have been caught at the dealership without driving more miles, but Suburban not only was responsive to the issue, they took care of our repairs and dealt with my hometown dealership directly. I can't say enough about the quality of customer service I received, and would recommend anyone else doing an online transaction, or an out of state transaction, to buy confidently from Nuo Gojcaj, used car manager John Hackett, and the entire Suburban family of dealerships. They will take care of you! More
