Absoluttly the most professional and most pleasant auto purchase experience that I have ever had. I have purchased or leased more than 54 vehicles previously. I have to say that Novy Foland more than exceeded my expections of purchasing a new car.I sent in a email to Kia of Columbia and within 5 minutes I received all call from Savannah from the Internet department. Within another 5 minutes Novy called me and I explained that I am 99 miles from Kia of Columbia and what my goal of purchasing a new 2025 Kia Soul to Novy were. He checked with his General Manager and called me right back with approval from his Manager. This procees was sooooo smooth!! When pulling in to the dealership the dealership the New Soul was sitting in front of the building washed -full tank of gas- and a new temporary tag already on the car. Novy and I finished the necessary paperwork and Robert the Business Manger was also great and considernet of my time as I explained to him that I usually purchase a new vehicle before the original factory warranty expires.And I so hope that I did not affect Robert's income in a negative way!!!! Novy has followed up with me by a text message a follow up Video ( VERY NICE) and also with a phone call. WHAT A VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONALLY!!!.
