As always, Norman Vassell was very professional and understanding. I thought all that was wrong with my Camry was that it needed an oil change. However, after this was accomplished, he took me aside understanding. I thought all that was wrong with my Camry was that it needed an oil change. However, after this was accomplished, he took me aside to inform me that I needed a rather expensive job done - replace the lower ball joints - due to the fact that the boots had cracked and were leaking grease. He understood that this came as a shock to me and informed me accordingly which I greatly appreciated. More

Eleven years ago I followed Steve Canalejo to Toyota of Tampa Bay. One of the smartest decisions I ever made. Why you ask? Being an almost 95 year old female I greatly appreciate being treated and talked to like a normal human being.
