I live in Wesley Chapel, only five minutes from another Toyota dealer. I drive pass them to come to Toyota of Tampa Bay, specifically to see Norman. Service experience was great. Timely, professional and good communication. What I didn't like was the 3% credit card fee that greedy dealers charge. This fee has always been built into the price of their service or products. But now the greedy dealer has found a way to extract more money from you. May think twice before I go back to Tampa Bay Toyota. More
