Hello I purchased a 2014 Volvo in February 2023. I paid the asking price and paid extra for warranty and oil change services. I relied on Norman to help me in this transaction, it is my first time purchasing a car with out a partner for help. I asked Norman if he would buy this car for his family, and specifically asked about the tires. Norman gave the car a great review. Last week, I brought my car into Mercedes for the oil change and was told I need 4 new tires. This was confirmed at Les Schwab who said I should stop driving on them because the interior of the tires were almost bald. I then called Mercedes back and told them about my disappointment. I got very little empathy about the situation. I have just spend $1500 on 4 new tires after owning my car less than 6 months. I drive 6 miles to work and occasionally to Eugene to visit my daughters. I feel like I was deceived and misled in the condition of the car. I am so disappointed in the response I have received from the employees at Mercedes.
