I wanted to review Royal Moore so others had a good idea of what to expect. Austin is a super nice and compassionate salesperson. He didn't pressure us, which we experienced with other salespeople. Austin was very dedicated and let us know when a car came in for us. He made the purchase very easy! I didn't work with the other salespeople, but they were supportive as we were buying I have a delicate immune system, and he let Kci know. Kci wiped down the desk and door handle, even making sure I signed with a pen he had sterilized. I liked that this dealership had a policy of not having sick workers stay at work. As for finance, I had an ok experience, but I didn't like the pressure being placed on us to buy that day. I liked that we had 30 days to cancel. Also, we were able to cancel after 30 days with the slight fee. This warrant has prorated so you can ask or a refund it anytime. What I didn't like about it is that I bought, then when I picked up the car, the person was asking me why I wanted to cancel the warranty. That was not Kci. I felt Less comfortable with the person I dealt with when I picked the car up. I managed to cancel, But it won't take up to a month to get my money back, Despite the fact that I gave a separate check for that and signed a finance agreement. I was a little concerned that the cashed my check right away, Because that money wasn't going to be there for about a week. Overall, I'd recommend this dealership. However, If you're somebody who has an illness or chronic pain like I do, You might just want to go with a place in town. The reason I say this is because the dealership's guarantee on the transmission and engine likely wouldn't matter if the person doesn't have the confidence that the car will last. I was told that these cars aren't as reliable as the ones from 20 years ago or even 10 years ago. I am pleased with the car, which I think will last for a long time! I don't agree with the idea that it won't, but a warranty gives 10 years of no worrying. More

I will be honest and say that initially my opinion was not good with this dealership. I talked with Dave Denney who turned everything around and worked with me on getting my brand-new vehicle. I really want to thank Michael Weber without him going way out and above this deal would never have happened and I really want to thank him. I also want to thank Norgen Bolano from the finance Department. Sofia Palavecino who was an awesome Product Specialist and if you need to buy a vehicle definitely ask for her! Thank you also to Luis Roja who led me through signing the contact. All of these people where outstanding and very professional and made me feel like I was at home! One thing that I have learned through the years is before you blast a review give the business a chance. Maybe it was a misunderstanding that could be turned around! As for my review, I highly recommend this dealership, and I will definitely be sending as many people as I can to this dealership! Not to mention from now on every car I purchase will be here too. More
