Buying a new vehicle for the first time is an intimidating experience, and I went in there thinking I could trust them, with it being a small town dealership. I would have been a customer for life, but now I wouldn’t trust them to perform a simple oil change. When the dust settled, I called Norbie to ask why I was charged over sticker price, he said that’s just the way it works. STAY AWAY from City GMC. I am aware that they can charge whatever they want, but they never displayed why the increase from the sticker price. My next call will be to better business bureau and GMC. More

I enjoyed working with Norbie, and the buying process went smoothly. I wish we could have gotten more off the MSPR, but I understand this was a 2025 vs. 2024. The Finance guy was apparently relatively ne went smoothly. I wish we could have gotten more off the MSPR, but I understand this was a 2025 vs. 2024. The Finance guy was apparently relatively new, as the process took a bit longer than expected, and they had to correct a few items (e.g., county taxes) from someone who purchased four cars this past year. I appreciate Kelsey assisting the finance guy in getting the disabled plates. Still, he stepped out of the room when she was troubleshooting on his computer, which he probably should have stuck around to learn how to do in the future. Kelsey and Harleigh were excellent, and they were both instrumental in getting the plate situation worked out quickly and getting them on my truck. I'd purchase another vehicle from Norbie, as he was straightforward when working with me!!! More
