I recently purchased a used car from Emich and my experience was a mixed bag. The salesman, Alejandro was excellent. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the car-buying process smooth. However, my interaction with the financial manager/general manager was a different story. When I declined the warranty protection option, which was priced at $3800, he became rude and dismissive. I found his attitude to be unprofessional and off-putting. Despite the financial manager's behavior, I would still recommend Emich to others, primarily due to the excellent service provided by Alejandro. However. I hope the dealership takes steps to address the financial manager's behavior and provides better customer service in the future. Rating: 3.5/5 stars Would I recommend this dealership? Yes, but with caveats More
