I purchased my vehicle from Alfa Romeo Orland Park on February 19, 2024, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within a month, the check engine light came on, and I learned that the timing February 19, 2024, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within a month, the check engine light came on, and I learned that the timing belt was faulty and needed repair. Despite my attempts to seek recourse, Alfa Romeo has shown little to no action. This failure violates the Implied Warranty of Merchantability, as it significantly impacts the vehicle's safety and function. Additionally, under Illinois Consumer Law, consumers are protected from deceptive practices, making this experience even more frustrating. I cannot recommend this dealership due to their unethical business practices. More

Chip, your service manager for Maserati Alfa Romero has gone above and beyond his duties to accommodate me and keeping me informed about my service and in any way possible to make me feel connected with th gone above and beyond his duties to accommodate me and keeping me informed about my service and in any way possible to make me feel connected with the steps it took to completing the service on my car. Maserati technician one of the most skilled technicians that I have ever seen. I was so comfortable knowing Chris was working on my Maserati at the job needed to be done was going to be complete and thorough. I would like to thank Chip and Chris for going above and beyond their job titles with the help I needed to complete this major service done on my vehicle. I would like to thank everybody at Rizza... Jim Thezan’s customer service and winning attitude not only made my car buying experience less stressful, but made it genuinely fun! His fair and straightforward way of doing business should be taught to only made my car buying experience less stressful, but made it genuinely fun! His fair and straightforward way of doing business should be taught to new salesman and used for a model as an industry standard! This is a guy who cares about his customers and knows what he’s talking about! The entire staff in the showroom was friendly and helpful! Can’t say enough about these guys! If I know someone looking for a car, I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership. Thanks for helping me buy my dream car. Great dealership!! They made everything go very smoothly with my purchase. I filled out the paperwork for them and they worked out all of the financing.
