Horrible buying experience Run away from Wilde Toyota. We started the process of purchasing a vehicle in January 2025. We explicitly told the Wilde sales rep that we’d had horrible purchasing experien We started the process of purchasing a vehicle in January 2025. We explicitly told the Wilde sales rep that we’d had horrible purchasing experiences in the past and wanted to avoid the same with this vehicle purchase. We couldn’t have been more explicit. We’ve been loyal Toyota customers for over 40 years. Toyotas are great. Nonetheless, during our 4 month ‘journey’ to purchase our next Toyota, we experienced terrible communication, poor follow-up, significant issues regarding financing, last minute documentation requests (even though we waited 3+ months for a vehicle) and a finance agent who, after hearing that we’d had a bad purchasing experience, suggested we should have purchased on-line. We provided feedback real-time to multiple sales and dealer management people at Wilde throughout the process. Nothing changed. In fact, on ‘closing day’ our interactions with the finance representative only served to rub salt into open wounds. After our sale had closed, and after repeated emails and comments to Wilde staff about our concerns, we received a phone call from Wilde’s general manager Terry Schwieso. While it fits into the category of ‘too little, too late’ we appreciate Terry’s willingness to listen to our concerns, if after the fact. He’s got the factual feedback. It’s his call whether he wants to do anything with it. Buyer beware. There are other Toyota dealers in the area. More

Excellent service and fair pricing on both the new Signia and on the trade in Avalon. Edgar (sales) was very knowledgeable about both vehicles and was low pressure and friendly and outgoing. The kind of guy and on the trade in Avalon. Edgar (sales) was very knowledgeable about both vehicles and was low pressure and friendly and outgoing. The kind of guy you'd go have a beer with after work. This is our second vehicle from Wilde and we'll definitely shop them again when it's time for another vehicle. Everyone we dealt with was very nice, from sales manager to finance manager, and the entire experience while not relaxing, wasn't anywhere as stressful as prior vehicle purchases from other brands. I've always had great service & vehicles from Wilde Toyota. I am on my third Toyota Camry. I've had a 2004, 2014, and just bought a 2017 LE. Loved them all. The sales staff were super and I got a great Toyota. I am on my third Toyota Camry. I've had a 2004, 2014, and just bought a 2017 LE. Loved them all. The sales staff were super and I got a great deal on a great car - perfect Carfax report, very clean, small courtesies like sending me off with a full tank of gas and installing my license plates for me. The business office made all the paperwork easy to get through. I have all my service done at Wilde Toyota. It is the only dealership I would want to do business with when it is time to buy or service my car. More

Finance Manager Noman Arshad took advantage of my mental disability and added on warranties that I said I did not want and thought I was agreeing to not purchase. If you are planning to complete financing at the dealership, do not go to this location or any other dealership owned by Lithia Motors (owner of the Wilde car dealerships). More
