I bought a car recently form this dealership. I would say car buying process was smooth but price negotiation was a tad too exhausting. The communication after negotiating the price was not clear on how the car buying process was smooth but price negotiation was a tad too exhausting. The communication after negotiating the price was not clear on how the flow of things will go that I had to have a manager call me to explain what is happening. I would suggest that if a person orders a vehicle they should provide the customer a progress sheet like for example my friend ordered a vehicle from another dealership they provided him with Details like when it was built, time it reaches the port and ETA. I would also like to say that they should be clear on when the vehicle will be ready for pick up example sales person tells me Friday but what time. Overall my Experience as a customer I would say is neutral. More

Nolan was our salesman who was fantastic and Shane was our finance guy. Nolan had the car ready upon our arrival from Houston. Nolan explained all the features and I already forgot them lol.
