His focus was on was it the right fit for me. When it came down to price, he was on top of obtaining my possible trade-in value, while also being realistic on price. Did not push add-ons. Dealership- Totally respectful of my time both on test drive/deposit as well as at sales/pickup. Whole experience on each trip was less than an hour! That included getting a BMW Finance loan and add-on protection (wheels, tires, 3-in-1) A positive experience! More
