Easiest car buy I've ever made! I had done a lot of research and I had picked out a Certified Pre Owned BMW I liked on line. I put out a request to see it at Flemington BMW. Noha Amin had gotten right back to me and I made an appointment to see it. See was wonderful! She went out of her way to make sure I was getting the car I wanted and for an even better price! I've had some real nightmare dealings with other dealers but not here. I couldn't get to the dealer to pick up my car until after hours, and Noha came from home to meet me and make sure I understood how all my features worked. I had never owned a BMW before but I will never own anything other than a BMW (from Flemington BMW of course!) from now on! Flemington BMW makes you feel very comfortable from the original deal right through the follow up and service. A real classy place! More

She showed me the car which looked even better in the showroom. Got it inspected by professional service and it came back with no issues. Price was great and moreover Noha was excellent with every detail. I got new BMW floor mates as a 'deal' :) but forgot to pick them up. Few days later I dropped the car for follow-up and called her to remind. She immediately recognized and came early next day to put the mats in the trunk before the driver can drop it back to me. Would highly recommend her !! More

Exceptional Professionalism I was introduced to the Dealership by a friend. At first, I was somewhat apprehensive as I wasn’t sure that I would be a “qualified” client. I met wit I was introduced to the Dealership by a friend. At first, I was somewhat apprehensive as I wasn’t sure that I would be a “qualified” client. I met with Noha Amin and Jan-Michael Blakely. Much to my amazement and delight (without any pressure), my concerns were immediately addressed and care was taken to ensure that I would be able to trade in my 2013 Nissan Rogue and purchase the 2013 328i. Not only did Noha go above and beyond her call of duty to accommodate me, but she ensured that I was able to purchase the vehicle within the time-frame that was financially feasible for me. Jan-Michael was equally as vigilant and diligent; he ensured that I was able to finance the car - there were no surprises when the paperwork was finalized. Two days after driving the car, it was returned to complete a few last minute (pre-determined) touches; a loaner vehicle was brought to my office by Trevor Baldwin who was equally as professional. Within a few short hours, Dana Claxton contacted me to let me know that the vehicle was ready, and she detailed everything that was done. However, she did not inform me that the car was washed and cleaned (again)! I am stunned at the extent to which Flemington BMW goes to satisfy every customer, regardless. I am already recommending my family, friends and colleagues to this exceptional dealership. Wow! More

My Sales team was Cindy, Noha and Jan-Michael for my X3 BMW , Or should I say my BMW sales family- b Where do I begin with this awesome Experience.... My Sales team was Cindy, Noha and Jan-Michael for my X3 BMW , Or should I say my BMW sales family- because that's how I felt and was treated from the minute I walked in til I drove off the lot. I began my search on the internet and received great service and knowledgeable detail from Cindy Amin and then came in to seal the deal with Noha . Both ladies were kind, personable and patient as I decided what color and features I wanted in my new Bimmer. Noha even moved both cars next to each other so I could do a side by side comparison. Jan-Michael being a father of a little one completed the financials in no time and even let my 2y.o Lexi play with his model BMW cars from his office during the wait. Last but not least I can't forget Victor who picked me up from home to avoid me needing to return and pick up my old car later. Victor, just as the rest of the BMW family was Great ! On time , with great service as we chatted about us both being foodies on the way to my new car ! Thank you BMW you have a customer for life : ) More
