Noah, the sales rep, was helpful and reached out to us to find what we were looking for. Annoyed that the internet price then had $3341 add-on aftermarket items not listed in the add that were already on the find what we were looking for. Annoyed that the internet price then had $3341 add-on aftermarket items not listed in the add that were already on the vehicle. Was okay with that because we wanted this vehicle. Noah is a decent sales rep and only reason I don't drop the rating to a one. Then came the financing fiasco. My wife and I applied for financing and both have (or should say"had") exceptional credit until we worked with Covert but got an 8% interest rate, which was crazy. Then, the initial buyers order had the incorrect initial payment date and we were not informed of this until weeks later when we had to go back and redo the paperwork. That also has led to us learning Covert ran our credit multiple times and has led to a lowered credit rating in addition to information being leaked to 'darkweb' so we are little peeved on that. In short, I will be taking my business back down to Bluebonnet Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge in New Braunfels. More

Dealership as a good selection of vehicles and had one with most of the features I wanted. Better selection than a lot of local Dodge dealers I have dealt with in past. Some added fees to the initial purchase price listed on the website for options already on the vehicle was a little annoying, but that's how it goes. Still waiting on a $50 Amazon card for coming in to 'test drive' a vehicle. Got what I wanted, though. More
