Noah and Santiago were great to work with. I have been in contact with Noah for about a month as he helped me navigate through the sales process and selecting a car. However, Bobby on the finance team was very condescending and disrespectful. He needs more customer relationship training and needs to learn how to respect customers wishes and not throw a bunch of fancy finance terms at me to confuse me to get me to comply. That’s is unacceptable. More

We visited Brandon Honda because it had the exact model/trim we were interested in. Noah was excellent. Very attentive, and supportive. In conjunction with Nate and Dan we were able to negotiate a go model/trim we were interested in. Noah was excellent. Very attentive, and supportive. In conjunction with Nate and Dan we were able to negotiate a good purchase price. Ebony handled the transaction/payment portion and she was excellent as well. We find car shopping to be stressful and tedious but everyone we dealt with at Brandon Honda, made it much better than expected. Thank You! More
