I purchased a Jeep Wagoneer on 1/12/26, and was lied to. Turns out vehicle was in a accident and was never told about it!!! I want my down payment back! I sent a email to Mr Falcon. Nizar was awesome and very knowledgable for a car so new. I felt no pressure. Jokingly I had to keep asking questions so he'd stay with me. Martin Gero in the finance department was very easy to talk to about denying and accepting add-on services and explained all options and the financial commitment that goes with each choice. No pressure there, I made the decisions free of guilt or ridicule. I purchased my 5th Charger with this dealership over a period of about 17 years. More
